Great location, walking distance to town and shops/bars. Lovely breakfast hamper and comfortable and clean room with a wet room. Hassle-free check-in and good communication. Comfy bed, power shower, and nice little touches like GHD hairdryer and hair straighteners. Variety of tea and coffee facilities.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The location couldn't have been better - tucked away on a quiet street yet still close to all the excitement of the local nightlife and just a short walk to the beautiful seafront. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city centre, Brighton pier, and The Lanes area. It was easy to walk to all these attractions. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed in a charming boutique hotel with a fantastic location near The Lanes area. The room was comfortable and had a well-appointed bathroom with a soothing bath. The service was prompt and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast hamper delivered to our room each morning. The hotel is not far from the ocean, offering breathtaking views out to the seafront. It was a refreshing change to explore a different area than where we normally go.
We did experience a lack of personal contact, as communication was done solely via email and text, which made us feel slightly disconnected.
